These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Products
We strive to display product images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.
As each piece is handcrafted and/or 3D-printed, slight variations in shape, color, or finish may occur.

  1. Orders & Payment
    By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.
    You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.
    Payment must be made in full before shipment.
    We accept [list payment methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.].
  2. Shipping & Delivery
    We ship from Austria to the EU and selected international destinations.
    Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
    Customs duties or import taxes (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Returns & Refunds
    You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, except for earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom or made-to-order pieces.
    Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  4. Tarnishing
    If your jewelry shows unusual tarnishing within 5 months of purchase, you may return it for inspection. If approved, we will replace it when possible. After 5 months, we cannot offer exchanges for tarnishing.
  5. Care & Maintenance
    Proper care is essential to maintain your jewelry. Please refer to our [Care & Maintenance Guide]. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage.
  6. Liability
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
    Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  7. Privacy
    Your personal data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
  8. Governing Law & Disputes
    These Terms are governed by Austrian law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
