Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. 

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size, material, or design), please contact us within 14 days.
Exchanges depend on product availability.

How to start a return
Email us at Email with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at Email. We’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost.

Tarnishing
If your jewelry shows signs of unusual tarnishing within 5 months of purchase, please return it to us. We will carefully inspect the piece and replace it if possible. After 5 months, we’re unable to offer exchanges for tarnishing.
