FAQ

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Austria across the EU and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If the item is in stock, delivery within Austria usually takes 2–4 business days, within the EU 5–10 business days, and outside the EU shipping times vary depending on location—we will confirm details upon your order. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you, and delivery will take approximately 3–4 weeks.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
If you order from outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I return my order?
Yes — you can return unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note: earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom/made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

What if my jewelry starts to tarnish?
If you notice unusual tarnishing within 5 months, please contact us. We’ll inspect your piece and replace it if possible. After 5 months, we cannot exchange items due to tarnishing.

How do I care for my jewelry?
– 3D-printed plastic: light and comfortable but fragile — especially earrings. Handle gently, avoid bending, heat, or pressure.
– Brass with plating (gold, rose gold, silver, rhodium): avoid water, perfume, and lotions. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear.
– Solid gold & silver: more durable, but still benefit from gentle cleaning and safe storage.

What materials do you use?
We work besides 925 silver  and brass plated in yellow gold / rose gold /rhodium / black / chrome, with 3D-printed colorful extremely lightweight plastic as wellOn request, our pieces can also be produced in pure gold (14kt/18kt yellow, 14kt/18kt white, 14kt/18kt  rose).

Can I exchange my item?
Yes — if you’d like a different size, material, or design, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges depend on availability.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email us right away at mail@martinbreitfellner.com. We’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost.

How can I contact you?
The easiest way is by email: mail@martinbreitfellner.com. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

How do I know my ring size?
The most accurate way is to have your finger measured at a local jeweler. You can also measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own and compare it to a size chart (we can provide one if needed). Please feel free to use our Ringsizer in the mainmenu.

Are your rings adjustable?
Most of our rings are not adjustable, as they are designed with precise 3D modeling and architectural details. If you need a different size, please reach out — we may be able to create it for you.

What about earring sizes and weight?
Our earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable, even in larger sculptural shapes. Product pages include approximate dimensions so you know what to expect.

Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. If you need a special size (ring or earring), email us, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
